What I loved about Kelly Rentals is that all the items they have to rent are displayed very clearly with pictures and prices on their website. Excellent service and quick delivery At the last minute, we needed 12 6’ tables for a winter party at my son’s elementary school. I submitted the request for a quote on a Sunday for a party starting the following Tuesday morning. The team at Kelly Rentals went WAY out of their way (confirming details outside of normal business hours) to make sure we had what we needed and had it on time. Backyard Engagement Party We were planning a backyard engagement party for our daughter, but had no clue what we needed. Coby came to our house and we told him how many people we were expecting. He measured our yard and recommended the size tent we needed. He let us know what they had available to rent. We rented tables, chairs, table cloths, 2 director chairs for the couple, a large fan and a drink station. He suggested things we had not thought of and showed us how we could trim costs. When I found our chairs has not been confirmed the day before a small event, I started searching for a solution. I reached out to at least 5 companies that could not deliver on such a short notice. We rented tables and chairs for our wedding and reception. Pricing was inline with other local companies. Items were in good condition. The service we received was excellent. They texted (and sometimes also called) when our items were out for delivery and also when they were on their way to pick them up afterwards. I appreciated the texts I received as our wedding approached, asking if I need to add any additional items or even services like a clean-up crew post-wedding. We did end up adding tear-down of chairs and tables when it was offered (for an additional fee), which was really helpful. I highly recommend Kelly Rentals.

On the 22nd I went to pick up 5 8feet tables and discovered they were too long or my SUV. It was extremely cold but the young lady who couldn't speak English and I manage to communicate the problem and was to get 5 folding tables which fit in the SUV and worked out for the event. I rented the double throne chair for my sister’s baby shower and I absolutely loved how it looked with the theme of the shower! It was so elegant! I will say the shower was on Saturday and they weren’t able to pick up the chair until Monday because they’re closed Sundays. So if you’re looking to rent on a Saturday keep that in mind. We had to haul the chair back to the house. Not a big deal since we had a truck. But just keep in mind! Overall our experience with Kelly rentals was great!

I was looking for a fast, easy, and reliable vendor to rent tables and chairs for a pre-wedding event. Kelly Rentals was just that! I made a requisition online and immediately received a reasonable quote for delivery. The communication during the entire process was flawless from delivery to pickup. As with any rented equipment, you can expect some “dings” here and there, but everything was in presentable condition so it served it’s purpose.
