Great experience renting tables and chairs! Everything was delivered right on time, and exactly as expected. The quality was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free from start to finish. No issues at all, highly recommend for any event!

I rented a popcorn machine at the last minute for an employee event (National Popcorn Lovers Day). Kelly Rentals was incredibly helpful at the 11th hour. My team LOVED it. Big Hit finding Kelly. I will definitely work with them again! Thank you!

This the worst experience I’ve ever had! This company literally almost ruined my wedding day. They delivered my tables and chairs for my wedding reception dinner to the wrong address. Prior to paying my balance, I called days before to confirm the delivery address. After my wedding ceremony, I followed up with the venue after receiving an email saying that my tables and chairs had been delivered to confirm. When I called to follow up, the representative had no sense of urgency and sent me a picture of where they dropped the tables and chairs off, and the address was literally wrong. We had access to the venue at 4:30, I called back to follow up I was told the tables and chairs would be delivered in a “few” minutes. I stood outside to wait along with my family who was there to help me decorate. I then received a call ONE hour later stating that they would be there In 45 minutes. They delivered my tables 45 minutes before my event started, we were rushing to decorate as guest were arriving. When I asked for a refund, they refunded me $50 because they stated although it was their inconvenience the items were still used. This wasn’t even 50% of my total order. They have still not picked up the tables and chairs after scheduling a pick up for Tuesday. The tables and chairs have been sitting at the venue for two weeks now. I’m not sure why they don’t feel it’s necessary to refund me fully. Not only did they inconvenience me they’ve inconvenienced the venue. Totally unprofessional and they’re not honest people.

I’ve used Kelly rentals a few times now and every time they are on time with quality products and very professional. I’m very pleased.
