Kelly Rentals came through on a day-of, last-minute delivery I called in for a community event I hosted in West Town. Delivery, quantity, and pickup were all performed exactly as agreed. Recommend!

You did not meet my expectations. There were just 3 items on my rental list and 1 of them being lights for the tent for a function that was going to last after sundown was missing and upon request for a drop off it was not met. It became such an issue because of this last minute error from your team and not being able to accommodate and I had to manage the timeline of the event my self and rush things before dark. Major inconvenience which was not dealt properly.

Great rental company with excellent customer service! Used kelly rentals for my wedding reception and the dance floor was a little too small, they went back and got more panels for me! Super nice of them to do that. Definitely met all my needs.

We’ve used Kelly Rentals multiple times. They make it so easy to order online. We have always done the pickup in the past, but this time did delivery and it was so worth it! They delivered the rentals a day before so I had plenty of time to set up early and returned the next day to pick them up. Will definitely continue to use and refer them! The kid rentals are just so cute, too! Perfect for my son and his friends :)

At the relatively last minute, about a week prior to the party, we decided to get tables, chairs and linens. I found Kelly rentals, contacted them and the process was so easy! They did an outstanding job with communication, was available via text or phone as needed, and everything went off without a hitch! When I ordered the tablecloths, I didn't realize they were spandex, but I also loved them! They form Fitted to the tables, and they were absolutely perfect (something to consider especially for outside, you don't have to worry about clamping them to the table!). Would definitely recommend using them, they had a nice wide variety of party accessories to rent, just now at the last minute there's less inventory available.

Kelly rentals was perfect for our 15th birthday celebration for our daughter. We needed a table, garden chairs and so glad we were able to rent lanterns. Those lanterns really set the party vibes and finishing touches on this party. Was easy to get a quote online then talk with a specialist and simply had them delivered on our driveway. Pick was just as easy and placed on the driveway. Communications for all was easy via text. Highly recommend for your next party. Will definitely use them for a graduation party soon!
