Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 1 year from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the rain-check. Deposits: All deposits made for reservations, including those related to Covid-19 or any other disaster, are non-refundable. Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded. Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability. Terms and Conditions: By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and the accompanying terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept these terms before making a reservation. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. You did not meet my expectations. There were just 3 items on my rental list and 1 of them being lights for the tent for a function that was going to last after sundown was missing and upon request for a drop off it was not met. It became such an issue because of this last minute error from your team and not being able to accommodate and I had to manage the timeline of the event my self and rush things before dark. Major inconvenience which was not dealt properly.

We’ve used Kelly Rentals multiple times. They make it so easy to order online. We have always done the pickup in the past, but this time did delivery and it was so worth it! They delivered the rentals a day before so I had plenty of time to set up early and returned the next day to pick them up. Will definitely continue to use and refer them! The kid rentals are just so cute, too! Perfect for my son and his friends :)

At the relatively last minute, about a week prior to the party, we decided to get tables, chairs and linens. I found Kelly rentals, contacted them and the process was so easy! They did an outstanding job with communication, was available via text or phone as needed, and everything went off without a hitch! When I ordered the tablecloths, I didn't realize they were spandex, but I also loved them! They form Fitted to the tables, and they were absolutely perfect (something to consider especially for outside, you don't have to worry about clamping them to the table!). Would definitely recommend using them, they had a nice wide variety of party accessories to rent, just now at the last minute there's less inventory available.

Kelly rentals was perfect for our 15th birthday celebration for our daughter. We needed a table, garden chairs and so glad we were able to rent lanterns. Those lanterns really set the party vibes and finishing touches on this party. Was easy to get a quote online then talk with a specialist and simply had them delivered on our driveway. Pick was just as easy and placed on the driveway. Communications for all was easy via text. Highly recommend for your next party. Will definitely use them for a graduation party soon!
