Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibility for a customer support level 1 Representative is as listed: answering incoming calls, responding to incoming emails, Creating quotes over the phone for customers, checking inventory, creating linen bins, updating customer invoices via calls, email, text, and live chat and other unlisted duties related to keeping the office clean, organize, planning 811 and missing linens list
